We have found the staff be most helpful and friendly and always willing to assist.
The facilities are comparable with hotels of a similar classification and in some cases, better than most. The restaurant has menu to suit most appetites and again, the staff always give service with a smile.
Overall, we are very satisfied and will continue to stay at the Naga Land Hotel for many years to come.

Thanks for a wonderful and respectful staff. You have nice and clean rooms. From our window room 309, we saw one of the high voltage disconnection switch on the pole is loosed and dangling. This is a hazard and may cause disruption and accident when it finally comes off. Please have your utility company fix this, ASAP!!! Again, we express our satisfaction with our stay.

The service was excellent. Naga Land Hotel provided a sanctuary for my family after a sad moment in our life – sudden death of my only brother. The price was reasonable & the staff are very helpful. The bed is very comfortable. My experience here is as good as my experience in 5-star’s hotel in Manila & abroad. I would like to suggest about the shower/spa – please give instructions to your guest about using it. Then it would be wonderful if the curtain would have a panel for sound proofing. The food is a bit disappointing - a first class chef would not be a bad part of the business. We love the Naga Land Hotel. Location right in front of my nephew’s favorite mall – Emall! Thank you & more power! I’ll definitely come back & recommend this place to my friends.
